A 3 month community eco somatic exploration of our inner landscape in its relationship to the elemental forces of the outer landscape. A journey home to the primordial roots of your belonging.
Existing since the beginning, the elements of earth, air, fire and water hold the wisdom of deep time, a wisdom carried in our wild animal bodies.
These elements are part of the landscape of our body, and the landscape of the wider body of earth and cosmos. When we remember that we are made of the same foundational matter as all things, we remember our belonging.
Belonging is hardwired into our bones and stones, skin and soil, blood and rivers. It is our birthright, and an embodied remembering of our way home.
Belonging. To be in longing.
Our longing is a soft invitation, a tender request. An opportunity to unfurl into our deepest belonging. The primordial roots of our being.
"Longing has its own secret, future destination, and its own seasonal emergence from within, a ripening from the core, a seed growing in our own bodies; it is as if we are put into relationship with an enormous distance inside us leading back to some unknown origin with its own secret timing indifferent to our wills, and gifted at the same time with an intimate sense of proximity, to a lover, to a future, to a transformation, to a life we want for ourselves, and to the beauty of the sky and the ground that surrounds us." - David Whyte
Weaving ecopsychological, eco somatic and psycho- spiritual approaches, this intimate three month container will invite an exploration, in an experiential way through our bodies, our interconnectedness to the living world, because our bodies are an extension of earth.
Through movement, sound, time with the land, deep imagery and creative practice you'll be guided into a deepening connection and expression of your inner landscape in its relationship to nature and the elemental forces of the outer landscape.
A three month journey of remembering your belonging.
We'll explore the presence, qualities and mystery of each element through sensing, feeling, imaginal and expression and enter into a curious and reciprocal relationship with each, to support the cultivation of your wholeness and embodied knowing of your belonging
This series will guide you into:
“If we have a well-grounded, fully embodied self, we will have a full sensual connection with the more-than-human world. This allows us to be fully connected to that world and to be fully empathetic with it… When we have an embodied way of being-in-the-world, the subject/object distinction breaks down. The notion of a 'body' shifts dramatically from an enclosed 'inside this skin' understanding to a more fluid, open understanding of body/self as integrated within the world, as a single point of awareness within a vast matrix of being.” Adrian Harris

Jump straight in to transformative and experiential learning with our free masterclass. It's packed full of information, ideas, journalling prompts and somatic and nature based practice to unbind from your inner critic and embody a more compassionate relationship to yourself
In this 60 minute workshop you'll learn how and why the inner critic comes to life, how its doing its best to protect you (although it certainly doesn't seem like it), why we often resist self compassion and how to work with your body and the outer landscape to heal the hurt of shame and self judgement.
