The Wild Path School Terms and Conditions

We have set out the following terms, which we ask that you familiarise yourself with before signing up to our services. 

All sales of www.thewildpathschool.co.uk  digital products are final and non-refundable.

Prices for products offered at www.thewildpathschool.co.uk may change at any time, www.thewildpathschool.co.uk not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, contact us for either replacement or refund of the price paid.

Online Workshops
All sales of workshops at www.thewildpathschool.co.uk are final and non refundable

One to One Passages 

We do not offer refunds on passages. Upon confirmation of your passage booking the full amount of your passage is payable. If you have agreed a payment plan with us and choose to terminate your passage the full remaining amount is payable within 7 days.

The sessions will begin at an agreed start time. If you are running late for a session we will do our best to accommodate you, but this will be at our discretion. If you need to request flexibility with a scheduled session time please contact us with at least 24 hours notice and we will let you know if we can accommodate this prior to the scheduled session time. If we are unable to do so then the session will run as agreed unless you cancel the session. 

If you cannot make a session then we require 48 hours notice. If this is given then we will accommodate a reschedule of the session at a mutually agreeable time. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance then the full amount is chargeable. 

It is unlikely that we will cancel a session, however in the event of emergency or illness we will let you know as soon as possible and the session will not be chargeable. We will contact you to rearrange your session. 

Inclement Weather (in person sessions)

Sessions will go ahead in all weathers, unless it is unsafe to be on the land. Depending on the session location we have options for shelter in heavy rain. 

If the weather forecast is such that it would be unsafe for us to be on the land (severe winds or flooding) then we will meet online for our session instead. If you choose to cancel your session the 48 hours notice is required. 

Holidays

We usually winter for around 4 weeks over December/January  and take  a shorter holiday over the Summer. During these times we do not offer sessions. We will notify you of unavailable dates upon booking. Please notify us in advance of any holidays you have that may mean a change to session schedules. 

In-Person Workshops and Immersions

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for workshops, immersions or courses.

Unbound Online
All sales of Unbound online are final and non-refundable. By completing this purchase you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed the course description and understand the nature of the program, understand all the terms and conditions of purchase and use set forth herein, and acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable.

By enrolling in any www.thewildpathschool.co.uk online workshop, retreat or program, you agree to the following:

The Wild Path School does not make any assurance, warranty or representation regarding the materials in this Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise, for any particular purpose. You agree to fully waive any warranty claim to the fullest extent allowed by law under any circumstance.  In no way does your use of the site, or reliance on any information or materials contained on the site create a clinical, treatment, patient, client or other fiduciary duty or other similar relationship between you and www.thewildpathschool.co.uk

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree and understand that The Wild Path School, Beth Stephens and affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, shareholders, agents and licensors are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this Site or for any claim, loss or injury directly or indirectly based on the use of the Site and the materials contained herein, including without limit errors, omissions, interruptions or other purported inaccuracies in the Site (further including any as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of these Terms and Conditions). You expressly acknowledge and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the Site.
