The deep remembering of ourselves as part of nature that occurs along the journey back to our wild self, evokes a dynamic and reciprocal relationship with the more than human, and inspires us into ways of being in service to the world. We become less of the 'I' and more of the 'Us'. From this place we open ourselves up to the whispers of Soul, and the possibility of inhabiting our unique niche. We come to understand the purpose of our one wild and precious life.

Through our Alchemy of Soul passage you are guided into a journey of deep listening and exploration, so you may come to know the doorways into your souls dreaming. Here we explore the wild unconscious, mystery, the mythopoetic and soul images through practices that invite our curiosity and conversation with depths of our psyche and with the natural world.

Rooted in ancestral wisdom, and a modern day understanding of the human psyche, this passage offers opportunity to take a deep dive into the realms of deeper nature connection and your mythopoetic identity so you may hear your souls longing and find ways of embodying your true purpose in this world.

Through guided practices that include wild nature wandering, guided inquiry and reflection, guided journeys into the deep imaginal, intuitive movement and dance, soul-centric dreamwork, soul mirroring, extended solo time in nature, creative expression, darkness exploration, threshold work and self generated ceremony you will open up to hearing something 'beyond' the limitations of the conscious mind. To step in a new perspective, that of the unseen, the unbidden...the language of soul.

While the passage to soul is a journey you must make alone, having a guide who understands deeply what it takes to navigate the beauty and terror of this mysterious path to be alongside you is important. For most of us, it is not a journey we can make without the support and wisdom of another.

We are rooted in a belief that its absolutely necessary to have invested time and commitment in gathering your wholeness before delving into soul work in nature. Without cultivating the inner resources that create the fertile internal landscape needed here there is a possibility of fragmentation of the psyche or strong resistance from the parts of you that would rather you stayed in the comfortable familiar.

This passage is for you if you have previously joined us for A Woman Reclaimed or have been working on your reclamation in other ways for a good while. This is not a passage to take if you are new to self development work, or if you have yet to cultivate the inner resources that are needed to take this journey into the deepest realms of yourself.

Alchemy of Soul is available online or in person and we start with a three month commitment. We find this commitment makes a statement to soul and to mystery. You may choose to continue our journey after the initial three months, and we offer the choice to do this session by session or to commit to another three months.

In person sessions are held at a choice of wild locations close to Woodbridge/Framlingham, Suffolk.
